Zaniboni manufactures electrolytic marking systems suitable to mark on metals. The electrolytic marking machines supplied by us are divided essentially into three groups:

• semi-automatic
• automatic
The marking process takes place thanks to a passage of current (DC or AC) which engraves the piece through the usage of the stencils and the electrolytic liquid. The marking process is clean and accurate and it allows to mark surfaces of different hardness. In particular, our electrolytic liquid is made of water (75%) and of mineral salts (25%). Thanks to this composition, and above all, to the absence of any acid substances one can obtain a clear and indelible marking without having any problems of corrosion and without been obliged to use any neutralizers after the marking cycle.
The Zaniboni can offer to you one different types of stencils for the electrolyic marking. The types are the following three: plastic, photoengraved and cartridges. The stencil allows you to reproduce the writings (logos, alphanumeric codes etc.) that you have to mark on the piece through the electrolytic liquid. The liquid, which runs through the engraved parts of the stencil, comes into contact with the piece and allows the indelible marking of the writings engraved on the stencil.
